For language teachers

Language school homework, with a clear view for your team.

When several teachers work with the same groups, you need reusable material and a clear picture of what students have practised. Exersa brings classes, homework and progress together in a school workspace.

Start with an organisation your team recognises

Set up the school workspace around your actual classes and teachers. Add learners to the right group and connect teachers to the classes they are responsible for.

Agree on how to name homework across the team, for example by language, level and topic. ‘Dutch A2 — changing appointments’ is easier to find later than ‘Exercise 12’.

Share useful material and build modules

Teachers can share and reuse teaching material within the school. Before sharing, check that questions, answers, explanations and media are ready for students. Shared material then becomes a useful starting point for colleagues.

Group existing lessons and exercises into a module when they have a clear sequence. Start with vocabulary, add a short explanation and follow with practice. Assign the module to students or groups and follow progress for each part.

Turn progress into a specific next step

See who has completed the homework and which answers need attention. Use that evidence to revisit a topic with the class or give a learner targeted feedback and follow-up practice.

Agree on who reviews teaching material and who follows up with students. Software helps keep the work organised; teaching decisions and support remain with your team.

How to get started

  1. Set up classes and teacher access in your school workspace.
  2. Share reviewed material and group related homework.
  3. Assign work, follow progress and coordinate student support.
